Certification Details State licensure if applicable Job Requirements At least 1 year of tele monitoring experience, prefer 2 years Previous travel experience preferred but not required Schedule Information 7p-730a, will fill in where there is a need will work if there is a need based on staffing will be in holiday rotation Unit Specific Information Central Telemetry Monitoring Boise Hospital Flr 3 Unit Tele Monitoring Tech Patient Ratios: Have 1 tech that watches an average of 50 patients on multiple floors No certification required, tele cert preferred Job Duties: Monitoring cardiac rhythms, recognizing rhythms with potential to alter patients physiology- obtain ECG strip, and immediately report all arrhythmias to responsible provider Maintains alarms to protocol and appropriately responds to alarms, saving appropriate alarms to chart Monitor Equipment: SpaceLabs will be transitioning to Philips- will train if no experience Scrub Color/Dress Code: scrubs or business casual Charge Nurse availability for support 1-2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation Additional Details May be opportunity to pick up extra shifts 7p-730a, weekends and holidays as needed with potential to float to Meridian or Boise Central Plaza Virtual Care Center
