Manufacturing Planner

Job Responsibilities

+ Implement fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans by coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

+ Develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans.

+ Define sequences of events and develop text and graphics work instructions.

+ Create manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.

+ Communicate with engineering teams to influence and clarify design concepts.

+ Coordinate change incorporation and optimize processes.

+ Address producibility issues, production, and postproduction problems.

+ Demonstrate configuration control of the hardware within the manufacturing build plan.

+ Apply process knowledge in areas such as Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems, and Structures.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in CATIA V5

+ Experience with SAP

+ Knowledge of tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans

+ Developing work instructions

+ Experience in communicating with engineering teams

+ Knowledge in addressing producibility issues, production, and post-production problems

+ Process knowledge in Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems, and Structures preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Relevant certifications in manufacturing planning or related fields

+ Experience in production planning

Work Environment

The position operates within a manufacturing environment. The role involves coordination with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The work may involve interaction with various departments to optimize processes and address issues. The environment requires familiarity with manufacturing processes and tools such as CATIA V5 and SAP.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
