Key Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment and machinery according to established procedures
Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards
Conduct quality inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors
Assist in the training of new employees as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a production worker or in a similar role
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and precision
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
