Associates in this role provide unlicensed customer support in fulfilling document requests, reports, and carrier redirect requests received via phone or digital channels. Provide agency support through processing broker of record and benefit enrollment confirmations and updating our agency managed systems at time of renewal. Assist with other administrative initiatives to support the agency as needed. Achieve and maintain agreed upon levels of service.
