Lateral Link is assisting a prominent boutique firm on a new unposted opportunity seeking a junior to midlevel litigation associate. This boutique firm is mostly focused on plaintiffs side litigation and some FCA cases, comprised of former BigLaw attorneys. The group is seeking an associate who really wants to litigate. They handle large complex cases for a firm their size. Matters are leanly staffed and associates are relied on more heavily than their counterparts in AmLaw firms. The firm handles active litigation this is not a settlement firm. If you are a strong writer and seeking the opportunity to get into court and take depositions, this may be a great fit.
