JOB SUMMARY Account Managers oversee specific customer accounts and ensure positive customer experiences while working across all functions of the supply chain to ensure products are beneficial to customers. This role will be a blend of operations, customer service, supply chain management and project management. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, very organized, detail-oriented, and sees things through a “big picture” lens. Someone who is proactive, shows initiative, and is excited to be empowered and included in business goals will have ample opportunity for growth within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties include: Proactive customer relationship management and continuous development of vendor relations Engage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendors Create processes and strategies to help customers stay organized and informed, and to make it easy for the customers to provide forecasting for their upcoming needs Self-driven continuous learning and training in solar technology in an effort to give customers advice on products and product alternatives Provide insight into purchasing decisions for the team based on conversations with customers and a well-established customer relationship Develop an understanding of the company operations and analyze data to help increase operational efficiencies Ensure that there’s cohesion and a seamless flow between the various departments Develop strategies to improve processes and streamline the supply chain Support the warehouse team as needed with preparing and checking accuracy of solar project orders Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is required (1 years strongly preferred)– retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. preferred, but office experience will be considered as well Solar experience preferred but not required as training will be provided Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency Must have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal Must be team-oriented and highly motivated with strong collaboration skills Must be organized and possess strong problem-solving skills Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverance Computer proficiency is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to Relocate: San Jose, CA 95131: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person J-18808-Ljbffr
