Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of talented finance and HR professionals.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and HR regulations.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar role
3+ years of experience in HR leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
