Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist:
Collect, organize, and analyze employee data, maintaining accurate employee files
Provide employee counseling and support progressive discipline processes
Clearly communicate policies, procedures, and regulatory information to staff
Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and present findings to leadership
Facilitate training in communication and interpersonal skills
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications of the Employee Relations Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years in HR, employment law, workforce development, or a related area
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must hold a valid driver's license
