Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 6+ years of substantive experience in real estate finance and joint ventures.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the drafting and negotiation processes within real estate joint ventures and financing transactions.
- Represent institutional equity investors and developers in joint ventures for the acquisition and development of multifamily, industrial, cold storage, and other commercial real estate assets.
- Take the lead in drafting and negotiating real estate financing transactions, including construction and stabilized financings, debt fund, structured finance, and CMBS-style loans.
- Collaborate on high-profile projects involving complex capital stack components, including mezzanine finance.
