Overview of Role
This essential role as an Account Manager is responsible for managing current business and relationships as well as to develop plans and strategies for sales growth. You will report to the Deputy Director of Account Management - East Cost in Boston, MA. The role is critical in ensuring our continued success; the ideal candidate must provide execution of sales plans to generate sustainable growth and drive customer satisfaction. TSMC is currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office.

Pay Transparency / Benefits statement
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $126,000 and $192,500 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location. TSMC's total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. We also offer extensive development opportunities and programs.

Responsibilities
- Process management from customer engagement, engineering projects, tape-out, initial ramp to production, and responding to issues and escalations timely
- Coordinate with various TSMC departments to resolve problems and meet customers' needs in development and production to win customer satisfaction
- Drive demand creation and fulfillment, including demand forecast and order fulfillment
- Perform market and cost analyses to help customers, and TSMC selects cost-effective solutions and technology
- Develop all levels of customer relationships to leverage influencing and leadership skills to secure support within TSMC
- Foster one-team spirit and influence cross-functional teams in different time zones and locations
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering disciplines
- Minimum 15+ years of experiences in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Foundry Management
- Thorough knowledge of semiconductor technology, process, and operations expertise and experience working with fab process integration and customer management
- Excellent communication; capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions
- Ability to travel (international and domestic) up to 10% in a year
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Foundry Management within the semiconductor industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor design with experience in working with product engineering
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
