Position Overview:
Fractal Analytics is seeking a passionate and driven Client Partner to join our rapidly growing Banking & Financial Services team. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and managing client relationships within the banking and financial services industry, driving significant revenue growth for Fractal.

Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients within the banking and financial services industry, including commercial banks, investment banks, asset management firms, and fintech companies. Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Solution Selling: Understand Fractal's suite of products and services, including advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data visualization solutions. Identify opportunities to address specific challenges and unmet needs within the banking and financial services sector. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Fractal's offerings. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Position Fractal as a trusted partner and provider of data-driven solutions that improve risk management, enhance customer experience, and optimize financial operations. Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, overseeing project lifecycles from initial engagement to successful implementation and ongoing support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Sales Strategy and Reporting: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and senior leadership, to develop and implement effective sales campaigns. Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the banking and financial services sector. Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. 15+ years of Sales experience. Proven track record of success in banking or financial services sales, with a focus on selling analytics, AI, or data-driven solutions. Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape. Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts and their applications in the financial sector is a plus. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions. Demonstrated experience in solution selling, consultative selling, and strategic account management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and engage in business development activities.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$189,000 - $299,000 . In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
