Description
HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at two beautiful retirement communities situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Both facilities offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. The primary facility, located in the Eastown neighborhood, offers skilled nursing and has a 5-Star Rating by CMS. The other, located near Cascade and Ada, also offers respite care.
The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide treatments on patients at both facilities.
• This is a full-time position at 30 - 40 hours per week,
• Competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
• Compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the two facilities.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
