Description
Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. [HTS] is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Evansville, IN, specializing in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. This facility is known for its strong support of therapy services and features a spacious, well-equipped therapy gym. Additionally, the rehab cottage, a unique free-standing rehab-to-home facility on campus, provides exceptional rehab opportunities for patients.
Position Details:
Part-time : 10 hours per week, typically spread over 3-5 days, with the potential to increase caseload up to 15 hours per week. Flexible schedule : Primarily Monday through Friday, with the option to include a weekend day if preferred. Competitive hourly rate . A passion for dementia care is a plus! Varied caseload, including both cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Requirements
Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master's Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
