Who you are....
As a CXT Inventory Control Specialist you are responsible for receiving and shipping, issuing orders, and pulling parts for kitting carts for production, cycle counting, organization and labeling of warehouse area, and CXT building customer parts ordering including receiving order, shipping, and invoicing.
This Position
Manage ERP system for inventory control and receiving in a manufacturing environment. Follow through on all customer inquiries and part orders and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Customer liaison for all part orders, including shipping and invoicing. Full understanding of material and parts requirements, supplier delivery schedules and assist with identifying potential part shortages to meet production and customer expectations. Evaluate inventory of purchased material for driving inventory reduction initiatives, process improvement and other inventory management tools. Interact with customer for all pick-up orders by contractors and ensure paperwork is signed and product picked up matches order. Knowledge and ability to perform all responsibilities in the warehouse environment. Maintain 5S standards in work environment. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What Do You Need
High school diploma or GED equivalent 3+ years of experience in manufacturing inventory control, kitting, and customer service Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software Previous experience using an ERP system, SAP is a plus Self-motivated and driven to work independently and make informed decisions Strong verbal and written communication Proven focus on customer satisfaction and ability to work as part of a diverse team Core Competencies
