Position :- Technical Program Manager Role
Location :- Franklin TN (Day 1 onsite)
Responsibilities: Lead and manage data and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Drive the implementation of data-driven solutions and analytics strategies to meet business objectives. Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data and analytics, and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies into existing projects. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and analytics projects. Proven experience in managing data and analytics projects, with a strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus. Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are desirable.
