This Spring Trainee position is from January through May 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This type of opportunity will jump-start your career and prepare you for a career in the desired field. This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Join the forefront of entertainment evolution as the IT Transformation Strategy Trainee at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE). We're on a quest to find a visionary person to champion change and support our IT Transformation team's initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across our global enterprise. The IT Transformation team enables the IT organization to better deliver value and exhibit operational excellence through people, processes, and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform analysis based on problem statements or ideas Research best practices within given situations Solicit feedback and input from individuals and teams Consolidate findings to help determine recommended solutions Help drive transformation initiatives where needed QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong interest in organizational and process transformation Experience in developing and presenting PowerPoint decks Demonstrated ability with time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail Ability to take direction and work solo or within a group efficiently

The anticipated base salary for this position is $27/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
