Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience as PM. At least 4 years must be as senior PM of one or more large or complex projects.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects for government agencies.
Bachelor's Degree
PMP certificate
A minimum of three (3) or more years of risk management experience on a project implementing or operating an EBP solution for a government agency.
Desirable Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects implementing Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP) for a government agency Seven (7) years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects involving Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance domains. Responsibilities
Lead the project management efforts for the implementation and transition to new benefit payment services, including ACH direct deposit options and prepaid debit card transitions. Act as the primary liaison between EDD, the new financial services vendor (Money Network), and other stakeholders. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large or complex projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and scope requirements. Manage risk and resolve project issues, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Review implementation plans and deliverables, providing strategic advice to EDD on quality and project direction. Ensure that key milestone are met and that the transaction is seamless for millions of EDD Customers
