Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. We seek a dynamic and experienced branch manager to lead our team at the Florida branch. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including personnel management, client relations, project management, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for environmental conservation, and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all branch operations, including personnel management, scheduling, and resource allocation. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Identify business growth and expansion opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and drive revenue generation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events, building brand awareness and promoting our services. What you need

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, business administration, or related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental services or related industry, with at least two years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in team management, coaching, and development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management. Knowledge of environmental regulations, best practices, and industry trends. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Benefits
