Job Description
Manage the project from initiation to completion. Oversee subcontractors and the entire construction process on a daily basis. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues with materials or methods. Foster and maintain a professional, effective on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other project stakeholders. Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety practices and culture throughout the project. The Successful Applicant
4+ year of previous experience working with a General Contractor Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus Experience handling commercial/residential projects Strong software and technology skills is a plus Able to communicate and be organized Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly Experience with a team structure a plus What's on Offer
