About Our Client
We are working with a full-service general contractor specializing in hospitality renovations, who have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Job Description
Manage every aspect of hotel renovation, including due diligence pricing, preconstruction, model room development, material selection input and sourcing Manage all phases of project management from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project construction, interior finishes, and FF&E installation Deliver projects on time and within budget Set clear expectations at every level, from leadership to subcontractors, by ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Successful Applicant
5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry. Bachelor's Degree required (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred). Experience in high-end interiors preferred. Hospitality experience preferred but not required. Travel 2-3 times a month to locations on the East Coast and as far west as Texas. Projects in Maryland, Massachusetts, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and North Carolina. Opportunity to grow with a smaller company and not be just a number. What's on Offer
Salary: $95k-$120k. All travel expenses covered (hotel, flights, etc.) Control over the travel schedule based on project demands and needs (no weekend travel, only weekday). Seeking someone with intangibles - assertive, takes pride in their work, and is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Bonus Structure: Based on personal project profitability (10-20%). Looking to bring this person on as soon as possible.
