About Our Client
My client is an award winning general contractor that does work in multiple states. They work in an extremely diverse line of industries, doing builds in many different sectors. They are looking to bring on a skilled project manager as they are looking to build out their presence in the Madison market. My client is known for their industry leading compensation and benefits, and extremely strong job security. They have not laid anyone off in over 10 years and retained all employees through covid with bonus.

Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management. Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project management processes. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of true project management experience Experience with ground up construction (commercial/healthcare preferred but not required) Knowledge of applicable construction technologies Client-facing ability Ability to thrive in fast paced environment What's on Offer
