About Our Client
Michael Page is working with an award winning luxury home builder in Fort Collins, CO who specialize in multi-million-dollar luxury spec and luxury custom home projects. Because of steady project pipeline growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their construction team and ensure the successful construction and delivery of multiple projects annually.
Job Description
The Project Manager - Custom Homes will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Supervise and lead construction initiatives from inception to fruition. Evaluate, interpret, and enforce timelines and financial plans, ensuring adherence throughout the project's lifespan. Comprehend and articulate plans and contractual terms effectively to administrative personnel, trade collaborators, and clients. Supervise resources to guarantee the timely, within-scope, and within-budget completion of all projects, encompassing the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment. Contribute to defining project objectives, scope, and technical feasibility, engaging all pertinent stakeholders. Administer alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs. Identify and preemptively address potential risks and issues that may jeopardize project success. Generate and submit daily progress updates to clients and other relevant stakeholders. Uphold stringent standards of safety, security, and confidentiality. The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager - Custom Homes:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction. At least 3 years of experience managing custom home projects from initiation to completion. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science/Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent not required, but nice to have. Demonstrated ability to thoroughly assess and qualify vendor and subcontractor bid submissions for both monetary accuracy and alignment with project scope. Highly proactive with a strong inclination for action, self-motivated to discover effective solutions. Proficient in computer/software skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Pro Core, Build Pro, Bluebeam etc. What's on Offer

Competitive base pay (usually $85,000-125,000 dependent on experience) 401k Matching Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) PTO (sick, holiday, and vacation) Lucrative Bonus Structure (base upon performance metrics and customer satisfaction)
This is a Fort Collins, Co based postion with projects spanning across the North Colorado region (Loveland, Timnath, Windsor, Estes Park, and other communities)
