KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Equity Partner payment process Maintenance of Paid in Capital Manage Retired Partner Benefits process Lead Partner mobility reporting, including headcount reporting Assist with Partner expatriate payments Maintenance of Partner Receivables Collaborate with Global Controller on treasury activities Review monthly journal entries and account analysis of critical balance sheet accounts Coordinate and maintain Partner banking information Assist with annual budget process Prepare and review audit schedules Ensure partner profiles are accurately maintained in Workday Mentor and develop the partnership accounting and tax team Manage operational activities with a focus on efficiency client service REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree required CPA required 5+ years of related accounting experience required; Big Four accounting firm preferred Working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel Familiarity with partnership model including knowledge of cash-basis accounting and audit issues Broad financial experience and technical skills Perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients and attorneys while producing a high quality work product Able to multitask and prioritize tasks Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently
