Job Description
Provide technical advice and resolve issues in collaboration with project personnel. Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Review status reports from project personnel and adjust schedules or plans as necessary. Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timelines, funding limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for each project phase. Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring a list of those who perform quality work. Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, define responsibilities, and set the scope of authority. Conduct material take-offs and develop cost estimates. Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to support and maintain the overall project timeline. Prepare and deliver project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
3+ years of construction experience Must have overseen at least one ground-up build Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work in a fast paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to grow their career professionally The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable General Contractor The desire to mentor some of the younger Project Managers Strong track record with client relationships What's on Offer
