Job Description
We are searching for a
Lead Analyst
- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be the technical lead of an application development team, coordinate activities with team members, escalate issues to manager, ensure proper documentation of processes, follow up on support incidents, and ensure the timely delivery of change requests and project activities for team. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to closely interact with the business and various IS teams to understand requirements and efficiently implement high-quality solutions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Lead the technical support team, acting as the first point of escalation for issues and questions. • Provide performance feedback and staffing input to managers. • Review and assign daily support incidents, ensuring efficient team coverage. • Develop and administer system configuration and development plans. • Perform independent programming and system optimization tasks. • Implement new programming techniques, methods, and standards. • Manage change orders and projects, working with managers and teams to ensure adequate documentation and prioritization. • Document and update technical support processes, ensuring knowledge articles and workflows are accurate and accessible. • Coordinate system operations, troubleshooting, and emergency support for system errors. • Schedule and conduct training sessions for support staff, Customer Support, and Service Desk teams. • Collaborate with management, Information Services personnel, users, and vendors on system lifecycle activities. • Participate in strategic planning and hospital-wide data planning efforts, providing expert consultation on data flow and analysis. • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission Information Management Standards and maintain system documentation in Quality Center (QC). Skills & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree computer science, computer technology or business information management required • Master's Degree Preferred • 5 years major system design and implementation experience required • Management or project leadership experience preferred • Application and/or professional certifications preferred Key skills:
