Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Biopharmaceutical industry who is looking for a contract administrator to help support their Legal team with all contract administration. As a
Contract Administrator , your key job responsibilities will include drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts, tracking contracts through negotiations, and providing administrative support to the Legal team. This opportunity is located in El Segundo and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is looking to pay between $33-$36/hr on a temp to hire basis.

Providing administrative and data entry support to the Legal team Drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts Tracking contracts throughout the negotiation, approval, and distribution process Maintaining contract tracking spreadsheet Job Qualifications:
2-3 years experience working as a contract administrator required for role Strong experience using MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
