Those who excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Relationship builders. Responsibilities: Drive, develop, implement and expand business at Walmart in existing and new areas of product. Build on existing and establish new business relationships specifically with Walmart. Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with Walmart buyers and key stakeholders to drive business growth. Implement business development strategy for merchandise category, channel and cost structure. Lead product initiatives by conducting trend analysis, assessing competitive landscapes, and identifying new business opportunities tailored for Walmart. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business objectives. Partner with design, merchandising and sourcing teams to align on brand positioning, product offerings, and presentation for Walmart. Requirements: Experience in sales management within the apparel industry, specifically with Walmart. Strong understanding of retail channels and customer relationships with Walmart. A proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. A results-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach. Proficiency in analyzing market data to generate actionable insights. Strong leadership acumen. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Compensation/Benefits: The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
