WHAT YOU'LL DO ProService Hawaii is looking for a Large Market Business Development Manager (LBDM) to drive strategic growth by targeting and securing large market prospects. As an LBDM, you'll focus on building strong relationships, using your industry expertise to uncover business challenges, and presenting tailored, high-impact solutions. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of complex sales processes. Your ability to present ProService Hawaii's value proposition in a compelling way will be crucial to winning large market deals and driving significant growth. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within large market or enterprise segments. Experience managing complex sales cycles, developing strategic plans, and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of large market clients. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within large organizations. Active participation in industry events, networking groups, and professional associations to enhance market presence. Proven ability to negotiate and close significant deals with large market clients. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills tailored to high-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Ability to leverage this knowledge to strategically position ProService Hawaii as a leader in the market. The pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition this role is eligible for performance-based commission which is uncapped.
