Certification Details Required Certifications: Active IL RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Job Details Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical / Telemetry 12 hr Nights Start Date: ASAP (Bi-weekly orientation) Guaranteed Hours: 72hrs biweekly – 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period Shift Requirements: 12 hour Nights - NO BLOCK SCHEDULE REQUESTS Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation On Call/Call Back Requirements: None Minimum Experience: 2 years NO NEW TRAVELERS - at least one completed contract required Charting Experience: Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in compliance Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates COVID BOOSTER Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. 12 hours non-billable orientation.
