In this essential role, you will lead a team of innovative product managers, shape the product roadmap in alignment with our mission, and spearhead the launch of new product lines. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare sector, and a track record of successfully launching B2B products in a rapidly evolving market. You should possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to tell compelling stories, a robust technical foundation, and the skill to manage various priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. As a leader, you will cultivate and sustain trusted relationships across the organization, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and effectively manage a high-performing product management team.
