United Wholesale Mortgage has expanded our world class training to include our external clients. Just as we provide our clients with unmatched service through our AEs, Ops, Technology, and Marketing, we also provide them with amazing training resources. We need a visionary organizational guru to help keep us running at high efficiency. We are hiring a Training Coordinator to ensure our clients and trainers have space, supplies, and resources to elevate our clients business even higher. The ideal applicant loves helping UWM clients and team members and enjoys balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all training sessions
Sending post-event surveys to participants, collecting the completed responses, and reporting the results to the team
Tracking learner participation and logging training hours
Responsible for the coordination of the physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation
Setting up rooms for training as needed
Facilitating client greeting and tours of the UWM campus
Create new training content
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Preferred event / project management experience
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines
Excellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail and in person, always with a YES mentality
Proficiency in clear and concise writing with a strong command of grammar and punctuation rules
Ability to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanor
Ability to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levels - proven communication, client service and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of team and company goals
Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among multiple major initiatives and operational tasks
Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Onsite attendance Required
High School Diploma
