Overview
We're seeking an Executive Assitant to System Senior Executives to join our team! In this role, you'll provide executive level administrative support to Core Council executives to enhance effectiveness of the executive in meeting the business objectives of UnityPoint Health.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What are team member vaccine requirements?

Responsibilities What You'll Do:
The Executive Assistant manages day-to-day operations of the executive’s office, assuming responsibility for meeting organization, prioritizing tasks, maintaining an efficient and practical calendar. This role will assists with analysis, daily functions and assignments while optimizing use of resources, use creative decision making and independent judgment.
Qualifications What You'll Need:
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associate’s degree
Experience:
Required: 5 years administrative experience
Preferred: Prior experience supporting an executive
License(s)/Certification(s)
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Must be able to manage priorities and deadlines
Ability to exercise independent judgement and decision making
Prior experience with Lawson enterprise system preferred
