Product Manager - Manufacturing Job at Synerfac in Leetsdale

We have a client located in Leetsdale, PA seeking a Product Manager.Job Duties:- Develops a complete understanding of both Filters and Rotomolded Tank Assemblies marketplace, it's competitors, and the associated products and pricing- Organizes product catalogs, product launches, and product sales efforts- Promotes, grows, and trains both distributors and direct customers on the products by creating the tools to accomplish this task- Recommends, establishes, and manages the appropriate distribution channels that gives the Company access to the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (M.R.O.) market and the Original Equipment Manufacturing Market (OEM)- Identifies new channels for various products and product lines- Conducts presentations on product information- Writes user manuals on products- Supports, recommends, guides, directs and/or implements strategies to meet sales objectives- Traveling to and from customer sites - 25% travel can be expectedJob RequirementsJob Requirements:- Establishes and maintains competitive databases including, but not limited to, company profiles, products, pricing market share and discount structures- Bachelor's Degree is required- Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred- Minimum 5 years experience is required- Ability to communicate effectively and present product information to customers- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus- Fluid power knowledge is preferred- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, presentation skills
