Description

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information.
• Identify and assess risks, ensuring cost-efficient and competitive bids.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and market conditions.
• Participate in client presentations, negotiations, and pre-construction meetings.

Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an estimator, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar tools).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and vendors effectively.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
