Job Duties and Responsibilities As we continue the roll-out of our 5G network, and navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This individual will be a key contributor in building and enhancing this capability. Reporting to the Manager - Product Management, you will be a member of a dedicated product team responsible for implementing a digital transformation strategy. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be the steward of your digital products that include web and mobile apps, as well as internal digital support tools, all of which enable our partners, customers, and our workforce to offer frictionless shopping experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, interface with other product managers, and possess deep product knowledge with an eye for the holistic user experience. The ideal candidate will require strong external communications and relationship management skills to work with counterparts and business leads across the portfolio of digital products. Key partners/relationships: Business leaders (Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, etc.), Product Management, Experience Design, Engineering, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Operations leaders. Objectives: Guiding Digital Transformation: Take a leading role to propel the digital transformation of various lines of business within our portfolio; devise and implement strategies that harness agile and lean methodologies to expedite the growth of digital capabilities Agile Squad Contribution: Contribute to a high-performing product team working within a squad-like model; cultivate a collaborative and forward-thinking atmosphere while upholding agile and lean practices Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with other product teams to integrate shared experiences seamlessly; work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, user needs, and business goals Strategic Value Creation: Lead iterative product development cycles to solve customer problems and deliver value rapidly; develop and execute strategies that drive tangible business outcomes following established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, monitoring key performance indicators, and iterating on the user experience ecosystem to meet evolving user needs Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate the vision, progress, and impact of shared capabilities and user experience initiatives Key Responsibilities: Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritize features and functionality, and steward the engineering backlog Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and various business teams in the development, digital products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in digital product management, or business analysis within technology Skills and Qualifications: Experience with B2B product management and/or SaaS platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industry Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority Executive presence and commercial acumen Demonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup cultures Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore Salary Ranges Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
