The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.

SPA has an immediate need for a Senior NC2/NC3 Project Manager supporting USSTRATCOM and NC3 Enterprise Center Next Generation modernization projects and Special Programs. This position is located at Offutt Air Force Base.

Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior NC2/NC3 Project Manager within the NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Next Gen Division. Provides expert advice on the potential strategic and operational value of new technologies and/or concepts of operational employment for technologies to support strategic deterrence and NC3 modernization. Requires understanding of capabilities that would maximize value to U.S. military operations and their impact on adversary courses of action, to include comparative balance of capabilities in all domains. Responsibilities include support to special programs in the development and implementation of program protection and defense plans. Integrates program protection plans with other NEC Divisions, USSTRATCOM directorates, other Combatant Commands and applicable DoD and national agencies. Provides strategic and operational-level expertise in support of NEC modernization plans, analysis and prototyping initiatives.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) classified material.

Bachelor’s Degree.

10 years of experience in strategic deterrence and global strike planning, including NC2/NC3 operations and capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of NC2/NC3, strategic nuclear deterrence, joint integrated operations, joint warfighting doctrine, unified CCMD structure, and global command and control constructs.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree.

5 years of experience developing responses for Senior-level decision documentation and plans (CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDs, and measured prioritizations) at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or DoD OSD levels.

3 years of COCOM level experience with participation in operations involving NC2 and NC3.
