Vaco is actively seeking an
EDI Analyst
for a long-term consulting opportunity with an internationally respected leader in their field.
Position Summary
The EDI Analyst will support complex EDI interfaces across multiple Order-to-Cash / Supply Chain exchanges primarily involving 850, 855, 860, 856, and 810 standards.
The role requires working closely with large client sets, cross functional IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration and ongoing support of EDI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end implementation of EDI requests, including requirements gathering, process analysis, design, and testing. Coordinate project timelines and tasks with customers and internal teams. Create mapping specifications, test scenarios, and standard operating procedures. Facilitate setup activities, including connectivity, data mapping, and cleanup. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues while collaborating with customers and IT teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT groups to deliver effective solutions. Support existing EDI integrations and coordinate new business requirements. Participate in meetings with stakeholders, customers, sales, and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including EDI / cXML mapping with transactions such as 850, 855, 860, 856, and 810. Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience on the supplier side of data exchange processes is desired. Ability to analyze business processes, manage small to medium projects, and apply project management techniques.
