Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the label, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and artist development initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and a passion for music.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all project requirements are met, implementing solutions for any risks or aversions as needed.
Lead meetings to report overall status of projects, budget, project progress, and discuss deliverables needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, A&R, and sales, to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.
Oversee marketing budgets for artist campaigns.
Serve as the internal and external point of contact for artists and their teams, overseeing campaigns from start to finish and providing updates and addressing any concerns along the way.
Coordinate with artists, managers, and labels to secure approvals for promotional materials.
Plan and manage events such as album launches, listening parties, and promotional tours.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
2-4 years of project management, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g.,Trello, Asana) preferred.
Must have a deep passion for music.
Common knowledge and understanding of the music business.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Music Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field a plus, but not required.
