Description POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is a core member of our project management team. This Person will play a pivotal role in the management of Drywall projects on high profile developments across the Chicagoland area. This role will manage projects while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers becoming the "subcontractor of choice." RESPONSIBILITIES * Obtain, organize, and analyze project documentation for comprehensive understanding. * Extract key bid information and store it in project folders for team accessibility. * Study bid documents, blueprints, and specifications for accurate estimates. * Perform precise quantity surveys matching scope requirements. * Manage time effectively for client interactions, and ongoing projects. * Communicate with clients to understand unique project needs. * Tailor written proposals to each project and customer. * Follow up with clients for feedback and future project opportunities. * Set up projects per negotiated scope, extracting essential information. * Monitor job costs, ensuring quality control and budget adherence. * Manage document flow for job-specific information and changes. * Handle multiple customers and projects daily, maintaining availability. * Complete project closeout, capturing all costs and negotiating extra work.
