We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage programs with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Generate comprehensive reports to track project progress and performance.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients.

Oversee construction-related projects and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Apply knowledge of the construction industry to project planning and execution.

Perform critical path analysis to identify and address potential project delays.

Utilize diplomatic skills to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.

Manage projects related to the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle chargers.

Create and manage master schedules for multiple projects.

Utilize Smartsheet for project management and collaboration.

Apply knowledge of the utilities industry to project planning and execution.

Essential Skills

6+ years of experience in program management.

6+ years of experience in scheduling.

4-6 years of experience in construction.

4-6 years of experience in master scheduling.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Smartsheet.

Knowledge of the construction industry.

Knowledge of the utilities industry.

Work Environment

This is a remote role working with Construction Management teams and project management offices. The role involves using various project management tools and software to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
