Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.
Conduct fire restoration activities, including smoke removal and structural cleaning.
Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from buildings.
Utilize hand tools for various restoration tasks such as building repairs and cleaning.
Carry out asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, following safety protocols.
Provide carpet cleaning services as part of the restoration process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all restoration projects.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and progress updates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Experience
Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of fire restoration methods and mold remediation practices is beneficial.
Experience using hand tools for building repairs and cleaning tasks is preferred.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential qualities for success in this role.
