Job Requirements ACLS required as applicable. BLS required. PALS required as applicable. NRP required as applicable. State License 1 Verification required. NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required. Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) required as applicable. NIH Stroke Certification required as applicable. Additional Details Adult TDAP Vaccine required within 10 years of start. Negative 2-Step PPD, QGOLD, or TSPOT within 1 year of start. TB Questionnaire required within 90 days of start for positive results. Must renew annually. Vaccines or Medical/Religious Exemptions are required 10/1-3/31.
