As the Manager of Enterprise Analytics, you will: Align departmental analytics initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. Lead and mentor teams in data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis. Oversee analytics requests, set priorities, and manage resources effectively. Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver actionable, data-driven insights. Maintain compliance with industry standards like HIPAA and manage stakeholder relationships. Ensure the health and optimization of analytics tools and platforms. Promote user adoption of analytics tools and deliver training to user groups. Present executive summaries, updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to organizational standards. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A
Bachelor’s Degree
in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience. 7+ years
of experience in enterprise data analytics. 5+ years
of leadership experience managing analytics teams. Proficiency in analytics tools such as
Tableau ,
PowerBI ,
SQL ,
R , or
Python . A proven background in healthcare analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
