This is a Full-Time position based in Long Island. Please note, this is not a remote job; the role requires face-to-face interactions in a retail setting, making it an ideal fit for individuals who excel in direct communication and personal engagement.

The customer service representative will be at the frontline of customer interaction, ensuring that our clients are represented positively and effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate face-to-face with customers to inform them about our clients’ brand, products, and ongoing promotional offers.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service through effective communication, rapport building, and representing the brand honestly.
  • Work collaboratively in team settings to discuss goals, set expectations, and formulate strategies for success.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and receive feedback from team leaders.

Requirements
