Month-End ***** Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Budgeting and ***** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
Audit ***** Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPERTY *****
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Hospitality/1+ years of experience preferred.
Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
