Regional hospital in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona is in need of a travel RN to work in their MedSurg unit. Three 12-hour day shifts per week with a 36-hour guarantee and no cancellations. At an altitude of 7,000 ft., a plethora of outdoor activities and only a couple of hours to Flagstaff and Phoenix, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the best of Arizona! Job Requirements

Nights 3x12s 36 hour guarantee with 3 cancellations Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (days Sat & Sun and nights Fri & Sat) Additional Details
Charge nurse 24/7 will take 0-2 patients when needed. Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds. Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs. CNAs split the floor each taking up to 9 patients. RNs nurse to patient ratios for are 1:4 and PCU/Stepdown is 1:3. Tele: Phillips monitors, have monitor tech room. Common dx; AMI, Stroke/TIA's, Pneumonia, Renal (dialysis) afib rvr, SIRS, DM. Floating: May float to all MS units; 12 hr Nights.
