Description

Lead Carpenter/Working Site Super

  • Perform precise carpentry work, including custom trim, cabinetry, framing, and finish carpentry for high-end residential homes.
  • Install doors, windows, stairs, moldings, custom woodwork, and cabinetry to specification.
  • Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, plywood, MDF, and composite materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to execute precise work.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment on job sites, ensuring safety and adherence to all OSHA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting professionally with clients, designers, and other contractors.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues on-site to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Keep track of materials and inventory, notifying supervisors of any shortages or issues.

Profile

Lead Carpenter/Working Site Super

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential carpentry, preferably with a focus on luxury homes or custom woodwork.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials used in fine residential construction.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering perfection.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other trades and professionals.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Own set of basic hand tools, with the ability to safely use power tools.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and best practices for luxury home construction.
