Your Job as a Sr. Project manager is to see the projects from start to finish, with your primary focus being on tilt-up projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.

We are a small, feneral contractor based out of Orange County. Our primary focus is tilt-up construction projects. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, high-quality craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach that reflects our commitment to both our clients and our team.
Description
- Lead, manage, and execute tilt-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, coordinating closely with project teams and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Lead project meetings, preparing and sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking, ensuring all projects stay financially on track.
- Review and approve change orders, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on tilt-up construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and local building codes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating project teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster positive client and team relationships.
