The Director of Financial Reporting will handle a $300 million budget as the organization offers different programs for individuals with disabilities of all ages

Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Reporting
Monthly Close reporting - reviewing balance sheets, P&Ls, variance analysis
Explain and provide any changes in the reporting
Research monthly P&L for the meetings
Forecasting, provide board materials for the VPs and run the meetings and show reporting findings.
Qualifications of the Director of Financial Reporting
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA is a plus
5+ years of relevant experience
Nonprofit is a plus
Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, MIP, SAP, Power BI is a plus; experience with budgeting tools and advanced Excel skills
