is looking for

Costpoint Administrator (Contracts Administration, Analyst)

who will coordinate with Project Management Team, Project Control Analysts, and Billing to set up direct and indirect project codes in MIL's accounting system (Deltek Costpoint). In addition, this team member will assist with contract administration duties as needs arise. The Analyst will report to AVP, Contracts & Procurement. This position currently requires a remote schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities Setup Time and Materials, Cost Plus, and Fixed Price projects in Costpoint Collaborate with Project Management team and Project Control to establish financial structures within accounting system to comply with company policies and business process, as well as client contractual requirements and Federal Regulations (i.e.,FAR) Maintain all financial system project data, including project labor rate tables, vendor employee workforce, and master contract details Investigate and resolve revenue recognition and billing issues resulting from project setup selections

Travel None Required Qualifications 2+ Years of contract setup experience in Deltek Costpoint Familiarity with prime Federal Agency Contracts, Subcontracts, and Master Service Agreements Experience working with a variety of Federal Agencies (across DoD and Civilian sectors) Strong attention to detail with a focus on system accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients MS Excel Proficiency Ability to work independently, self-motivated, & proactive Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work Proven ability to work well with all levels of the organization to accomplish tasks

Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education and/or advanced certification with 5 (or more) years of professional experience. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
